"Discreet packaging, shipping took a bit"
The package showed up in a plain box with no obvious labels, which I appreciated. I’ve noticed with orders like this that the packaging is usually either way too obvious or totally low-key, and this one definitely fell into the discreet category. The only downside was that it took a little longer to arrive than I was expecting, but overall it was fine

I was a little surprised, but the tracking updates came through quickly and the package showed up exactly when it said it would. My brother had mentioned having a good experience with them too, so I’m glad mine went just as smoothly.

"Rewards thing doesn’t really feel worth it"
I’ve been ordering from 3chi for a bit now, and the whole loyalty rewards thing just feels kind of pointless. The points don’t really seem to add up the way I expected, and when I finally tried to use them, it was confusing and barely took anything off. It just gives me that feeling like it’s one of those perks that sounds good but doesn’t actually do much. After spending that much, I figured it would be better. Not really impressed.

My order from 3chi.com showed up in good condition, which was a relief because I really didn’t feel like dealing with a damaged package or waiting around for a replacement.
The box wasn’t dented or beat up, and everything inside was packed tightly enough without a ridiculous amount of extra filler. Nothing was leaking, crushed, or sliding around.

"Wish It Had Been More Consistent"
I’ve ordered from 3chi a couple of times now, and I kind of regret not sticking with the products I already knew worked for me. Some of the gummies were good and helped me relax, but one of the newer ones I tried barely did anything, even after I waited a while. I’m not saying the brand is bad, because shipping was fine and the website was easy to use, but the results have been a little hit or miss for me. I might order again, but only if I go back to the ones I’ve already had a good experience with.

They’ve got a decent selection, I’d say — definitely plenty of gummies and vapes to choose from. I just kind of wish there were a few more simple options, or at least clearer categories so it was easier to find what I was looking for. Overall, not bad though.

The quality was solid and it felt fresh. It worked well too, so I don’t really have any complaints. I think my experience was more about bad timing on my end than anything wrong with the product.

The site itself is fine overall, but the legal availability stuff threw me off a little. Some products seem to depend on state rules, so I had to stop and double-check everything before buying. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like that part could be a lot clearer.

I tried placing an order on 3chi.com mainly because the discount code made it seem worth it. It looked valid at first, but once I got to checkout, it either didn’t apply anything or suddenly said it wasn’t accepted.
I tried a couple different codes and got the same result, which just felt frustrating and kind of unfair. If a code is being shown or promoted, it should actually work, or at least be clear upfront. It ended up feeling like a waste of time, so I don’t plan on ordering again.

"The dosage guidance made things simple"
I really appreciated how clear the dosage info was on the site. For me, that kind of detail makes a big difference because I don’t want to second-guess what I’m supposed to do. It made the whole process feel a lot less confusing and easier to trust.

"Lab Results Actually Helped, Surprisingly"
I ordered from 3chi mostly because I could actually find the lab tests without having to go on some little scavenger hunt, which was nice for once. The COAs were easy to match with what I bought, so I felt a lot better about ordering instead of just blindly trusting a random product page.
Shipping was normal, everything showed up sealed, and nothing felt sketchy, which apparently is a lot to ask these days. Not trying to act like it was life-changing or anything, but it did seem like they take testing seriously, and I appreciated that.

"Worth it in the end"
I wasn’t sure at first, but I ended up feeling good about the order. The prices seemed fair, the shipping cost didn’t make me cringe, and once everything arrived, I was like, okay, this was actually worth what I paid. I had a tiny bit of hesitation before ordering, but now I’d probably order again.

I’ve noticed some batches hit a lot harder than others, like one time it feels mellow and then the next one really sneaks up on you, so it kind of depends what you end up getting but overall that’s just been my experience...

3Chi does seem like a legit brand, and their site has enough information that I didn’t feel like I was walking into something sketchy. I do appreciate that they post lab reports, because companies selling this kind of stuff have a responsibility to be upfront and make safety info easy to check. That said, some details were harder to find than they should be, and the customer reviews are kind of all over the place. I wouldn’t call it a shady company, but I also can’t say I fully trust it yet. Overall, it was a average experience for me.

I reached out to get help with my order, but the whole process was frustrating. Replies were slow, and when I did hear back, it didn’t feel like they were really trying to sort it out. I kept having to repeat the same questions, which made me feel like no one was actually paying attention. it kind of made me lose trust in them a bit

My order from 3Chi was mostly correct, and shipping went fine, but one item wasn’t what I actually picked. The rest of the order was right, so it wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, but it was still frustrating. I feel like if an order gets packed wrong, they should acknowledge it and make it right instead of leaving the customer to just deal with it. I’d probably double-check everything next time before ordering again.

"Worked okay, but the taste wasn’t for me"
I ordered a couple of gummies from 3Chi and, the flavor just didn’t really land for me. There was this bitter aftertaste that stuck around longer than I expected, and one that was supposed to be fruity kind of reminded me of cough syrup mixed with candy. That sounds harsher than I mean it to, because they did work fine and I’ve definitely had worse. I just had a hard time getting through them because of the taste, so I probably wouldn’t pick these up again.
